Value Engineering

Our structural engineering design expertise and our Chartered Structural Engineers, coupled with a detailed knowledge of raw materials and the steel fabrication process, can often result in dramatic savings in material, fabrication and erection costs, as well as programme times. In many cases, this has also led to more economic solutions for ground works and/or other follow on trades. As well as creating Design and Build projects, our clients regularly ask us to review pre-designed projects and identify any areas where refinements to the process can be made.
