We care about accuracy with our costs and we ensure we capture all structural steelwork requirements that are associated with your project. Our commercial team understand the importance of obtaining as much knowledge about your project as possible, and that this can only be done by working closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to identify the type, quantity, and bespoke steel requirements early on in the process.

During the pre-construction process our key objectives are to:

• Ensure that all bids are fully compliant and submitted by the required date
• Ensure that there are no omissions or gaps between sub-trades
• Ensure that the client is getting the best possible solution to suit their specific needs, both structurally and aesthetically

Once the commercial process is complete, we would then work closely with you on the next stages including design,  project management, fabrication and installation.
