Installation

We are proud of our on site construction and steelwork installation team. Our Site Managers ensure construction is completed to the highest standard on every project.

Throughout this stage, all projects are carefully controlled by our Site Engineers. Well before we start installation on a site, a Method Statement is developed including a detailed description of the work procedure, together with the necessary risk assessments.

All erectors are fully briefed and committed to the Method Statement before setting foot on site. This is reinforced with regular toolbox talks.

We accept no compromises on safety and our Health & Safety Managers carry out routine inspections of all our sites.

Tubecon shares the aims of the Main Contractors Group (MCG) in pushing for higher levels of training for site workers. In accordance with the MCG Charter, all Tubecon site employees carry the CSCS card.

Tubecon Fabrication We operate from a purpose built facility using the latest CNC machines networked directly to our drawing office to optimise the accuracy and efficiency of our production.
